Maryland's Top Two Youth Volunteers Selected in 17th Annual National Awards Program
Saanya Ali, 15, of Potomac and Loranika Sharma, 11, of Waldorf today were named Maryland's top two youth volunteers for 2012 by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, a nationwide program honoring young people for outstanding acts of volunteerism.
